Clarissa Burton has been writing poetry and short stories since age 8. She has published articles in the Charleston Post-Courier, the Kansas City Star, Flourish Magazine, and the Kansas City Small Business Monthly. She publishes blogs on several online websites and is a contributing blogger at BlogHer, CNN iReport, Hubpages, and Yahoo.
Clarissa has a B.A. in Psychology from Ottawa University – Overland Park, Kansas,a Master’s in Business from Webster University – Kansas City, and an EdS in Adult Education from Walden University. She is the mother of three adult children and grandmother. She currently lives in the Midwest.
