IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS – Customer must provide the following for this package to be completed:

  • CreateSpace login information (User Name and Password)
  • Title information which includes
    • Title
    • Subtitle
    • Primary Author
    • Contributors (if applicable)
    • Series title (if applicable)
    • Edition number (if applicable)
    • Language
    • Publication date
  • ISBN(s)
  • Book interior for uploading, (.pdf format is required by CreateSpace).
  • Book cover .pdf (Email to support@queenofthepenbooks.com)
  • Author photo (Email to support@queenofthepenbooks.com)
